Delivery and return
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for the products in your order is displayed in the shopping cart and on the Order Details page before completing the purchase.
The final cost depends on the total weight of the products and the delivery address. If you change the delivery address during checkout, the shipping cost will update automatically.
Delivery Times
For products available in stock, delivery within Romania is typically made within 3–7 working days from the moment the order is invoiced and the shipment number (AWB) is generated.
After placing your order:

the products are reserved in the warehouse
-
availability is confirmed by an operator on the same or next working day

you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the shipment details
During busy periods or due to courier operational delays, the delivery time may be extended by 1–2 working days.
⚠️ Direct pickup from the warehouse is not available.
Delivery is made exclusively to the address provided during checkout.
Currently, we deliver only within Romania. When European delivery becomes available, the option and related costs will be visible in the shopping cart.
Unavailable Products
If an ordered product is no longer in stock, our support team will contact you to communicate the new estimated delivery time, depending on supplier availability.
We strive to meet all delivery deadlines. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supply chain delays, or courier issues may lead to delays.
You will be informed promptly, and you can always check the real-time status of your order in your customer account.
Shipment Tracking
Once the AWB is generated, you will receive an email or SMS with:

the tracking number
-
the courier’s name
-
a direct link for online tracking
You will also be notified when the package leaves our warehouse.
Couriers may send their own notifications before delivery.
If you cannot find the notifications, the tracking information is always available in your account.
All deliveries are handled by authorized carriers that follow data protection regulations.
🔄 Return Policy
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and with Government Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts.
You may return any product purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without providing any reason.
Within this period, the consumer may withdraw from the contract without penalties.
How to Make a Return
To speed up the process, please fill in the online return form.
After submitting the request:

Shopicez.com will arrange the collection of the product with the same courier that delivered it

The return shipping cost is paid by the customer

A handling and restocking fee is applied: 10 EUR for returns from Italy / 10 RON for returns from Romania
We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the product during transport.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functioning.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Shopicez.com will issue a refund within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

For partial returns, only the value of the returned products will be refunded

For full order returns, the initial shipping cost will also be refunded
Shopicez.com may delay the refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the returned product shows signs of use or cannot be resold as new, a value reduction of up to 20% may apply.
❌ When a Return Is Not Accepted
Returns may be refused in the following situations:

A different product is returned or the serial number does not match

The return request is submitted after the 14-day legal period

Missing original labels, accessories, or documentation

Damaged or removed labels

Products worn, washed, stained, or carrying fragrances

Opened sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, socks, cosmetics, personal care items, baby pacifiers, toothbrushes, etc.)

Products that cannot be separated from other items after delivery

Multiple identical items that have been opened and used
If the return does not meet the required conditions, the product will be sent back to the customer, who will cover the return shipping cost.
Shopicez.com may charge a refurbishment fee or classify the item as “refurbished” if it cannot be resold as new.
