Shipping Costs

The shipping cost for the products in your order is indicated in the shopping cart and on the “Order Details” page.
The amount depends on the total weight of the products and the distance from the courier’s standard routes.
If you change the delivery address, the shipping cost will be automatically updated.

Delivery Times

For products available in stock, national delivery generally takes place within 3–7 working days from the invoicing of the order and the generation of the shipment number (AWB) in the courier’s platform.
After you place your order, the warehouse reserves the products, and an operator will confirm their availability the same day or the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with all the shipment details.

Due to the high workload of couriers, especially during peak periods, delivery may require an additional 1–2 working days.

Direct pickup from the warehouse is not available — delivery is made exclusively to the address provided during the purchase process.
Currently, deliveries are available only within Romania. When European delivery becomes available, this option will be displayed in the cart, along with the related costs.

Unavailable Products

If a product is no longer available in stock, our support team will contact you to inform you of the new delivery time based on supplier availability.
We always do our best to meet agreed delivery times, but in case of unforeseen circumstances (transport issues, weather conditions, supplier delays, etc.), you will be promptly informed or you can check the order status directly from your account.

Shipment Tracking

Once the AWB number is generated in the courier’s platform, you will receive an email or SMS from Shopicez.com with all the information: shipment number, courier name, and a link for online tracking.
When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an additional notification.
The courier may also send you a message or email shortly before delivery.
If you have lost the notifications, you can check your order status at any time in your customer account.

All deliveries are carried out by authorized carriers who comply with data protection regulations.


RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and this Return Policy, as provided by Government Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts.

Products purchased online may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without the need to provide any reason.
Within this period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalties and without having to justify the decision.

How to Make a Return

To speed up the process, please fill out the online return form.
After submitting the request, Shopicez.com will arrange for the product to be collected by the same courier who made the delivery.
The cost of the return will be charged to the consumer, together with a 10 EUR fee for handling and reintegration of the product into stock.

We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the product’s integrity.
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
The consumer is responsible for any damage or loss of value resulting from improper use of the product.

After receiving and verifying the returned product, Shopicez.com will refund the amount within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method (refund to card or bank transfer).
In the case of a partial return, only the value of the returned products will be refunded.
If the return concerns the entire order, the initial shipping cost will also be refunded.

Shopicez.com may delay the refund until the product has been received and inspected.
If the product shows signs of use or cannot be resold as new, a reduction of up to 20% of the initial value may be applied.

When a Return Is Not Accepted

Shopicez.com reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases:

  • Product different from the one purchased or with a different serial number

  • Return request submitted after the 14-day period

  • Product without original labels, accessories, or documentation

  • Missing or damaged labels

  • Products worn, washed, or with fragrances

  • Sealed products opened after delivery for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, socks, pacifiers, toothbrushes, etc.)

  • Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

  • Multiple identical items opened and used

If the return conditions are not met, the product will be sent back to the customer, who will bear the cost of the new shipment.
In case of a damaged product or one that cannot be resold as new, Shopicez.com may apply a refurbishment fee or sell it as a “refurbished” item.
